This Privacy Policy outlines how Tabatid handles your information across our iPhone and Apple Watch applications. Because we value your privacy, our app is designed to process and store your fitness data locally on your devices and through Apple’s secure frameworks.

1. Information We Collect and Use

Tabatid is a fitness tool designed to help you manage and perform Tabata workouts. To provide these services, we interact with the following types of data:

• Health and Fitness Data (HealthKit): Tabatid integrates with Apple’s HealthKit to save your completed workouts, heart rate data, and calories burned to the Apple Health app.
• Workout Configurations: Any custom workouts you create in the "Mina Pass" section—including workout names, work intervals, rest intervals, and round counts—are stored locally on your device.
• Live Activity Data: During an active workout, the app uses Live Activities to display your progress on your Dynamic Island and Lock Screen. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored after the session ends.

2. How Your Data is Stored

• Local Storage: Your saved workout routines (Mina Pass) are stored locally on your iPhone and synced to your Apple Watch for easy access.
• No Backend Servers: We do not operate external servers. Your personal workout data and settings never leave your Apple ecosystem.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your fitness or personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• HealthKit Restrictions: In compliance with Apple’s developer guidelines, data accessed via HealthKit is used solely for providing health and fitness services and will never be used for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. User Control and Deletion

• Health Data: You can manage or revoke Tabatid’s access to HealthKit at any time through the "Settings" app on your iPhone under "Privacy & Security > Health."
• Workout Deletion: You can delete your saved workout routines directly within the app.

5. Children’s Privacy

Tabatid does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the App Store or within the app.
