Your privacy is important to us. This policy describes how TacSketch ("the App", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information based on the App's current functionality.

1. Information We Collect

To function as a collaboration tool for coaches, TacSketch collects the following data:

A. Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we store:

• Email Address: For authentication and account recovery.
• Name & Club: To identify you to your team members within the app.
• User ID: A unique technical identifier linked to your account, including identifiers provided by third-party login services like Sign In with Apple.

B. User-Generated Content

Materials you create are stored securely to enable synchronization and collaboration:

• Tactics, drills, drawings, and formation templates.
• Training sessions and notes.
• Match results and scores (from the Goal Counter tool).
• Team settings (Team Name, Sport, Colors, and Logo).
• Player information (Names, Positions, Numbers, and optional Photos).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide the App's functionality:

• Authentication: To securely log you in.
• Cloud Sync: To save your tactics and match data to the cloud (Firebase Firestore) so you can access them across devices.
• Collaboration: To allow multiple coaches in the same team to view and edit shared tactics and notes.

3. Third-Party Services & Storage

We do not sell your data. We use the following trusted services:

• Google Firebase (Auth & Firestore): Used for secure authentication and as a real-time database for team collaboration and data syncing.
• Apple iCloud: TacSketch supports iCloud Documents to enable seamless access to certain files and offline copies across your Apple devices.

Advertising: The App is currently ad-free. Although the infrastructure for advertisements exists in the code, it is currently disabled, and no data is shared with ad providers at this time.

4. Data Deletion & Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Delete Account: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the App via the Settings menu.
• Leave/Delete Teams: You can leave teams or, if you are the "President" (creator), delete the team and its data entirely.

5. Children’s Privacy

TacSketch is a utility tool for coaches and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

Coach Responsibility: If you, as a coach, input data regarding players under the age of consent, you represent that you have obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent to process such data within the App.
